화성맛집 백년가야밀면은 3층 건물 전체를 사용하고 있습니다. 저는 차량이 많은 점심시간에 방문을 했는데 약 40대가 주차 가능한 공간이 있어서 불편하지는 않았습니다. 사실 맞은편 음식점에 가려고 했지만 공사로 영업을 안하는 상태여서 오게되었는데 사장님이 입구에서 친절하게 인사해주시는 모습을 보고 잘왔다는 생각을 했습니다.

메뉴판 / Menu

화성맛집 백년가야밀면의 메뉴판입니다. 면종류와 만두, 수육 등 다양한 메뉴가 있습니다. 저는 만두, 비빔면, 바지락칼국수를 주문했습니다. 옆을 보니 아기의자가 준비되어 있어서 어린 자녀와 오기에도 좋을 것 같습니다.

각종소스 / Various sources

테이블 상단에는 식초, 겨자소스와 들깨가루가 있습니다. 취향에 맞춰 먹으면 됩니다. 손님의 회전율이 빠르기 때문에 종이컵을 사용하는 것 같았습니다. 위생적으로는 좋았지만 음식점 특유의 감성을 느낄 수 없어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Vinegar, mustard sauce and perilla sesame powder on the table top. You can eat according to your taste. The customer turnover was fast, so it seemed like they were using paper cups. Hygienically, it was good, but it was a pity that I couldn’t feel the restaurant’s unique sensibility.

밑반찬 / Side dishes

같은 음식점을 재 방문하게되는 이유 중의 하나는 기본반찬의 맛이라고 생각합니다. 단무지와 무쌈은 기본적인 맛이었지만 김치가 매우 맛있었습니다. 아삭아삭 씹히고 알싸한 겉절이가 생각나네요. 바지락칼국수와의 궁합이 매우 훌륭했습니다. 가운데 위치한 소스는 사장님께서 직접 만드신 수제간장에 고춧가루를 올린 특별소스입니다.

I think one of the reasons why I visit the same restaurant again is the taste of the basic side dishes. Pickled radish and radish wrap were basic, but kimchi was very tasty. It reminds me of the crunchy and savory outside. The compatibility with clam noodle soup was excellent. The sauce in the middle is a special sauce topped with red pepper powder in homemade soy sauce made by the owner himself.

만두 / Dumplings(Mandu)

화성맛집 백년가야밀면의 만두입니다. 감자로 만두피를 만들어서 찹살처럼 쫀득쫀득하고 식감이 아주 좋았습니다. 한입을 베어 물었을 때 속을 보았더니 꽉 차있었습니다. 수제간장으로 만든 특별소스와 환상적인 조화를 이루었습니다.

These are dumplings from Hwaseong city famous restaurant baeknyeongayamilmyeon. The dumpling skin was made with potatoes, so it was chewy like glutinous rice and the texture was very good. When I took a bite, I looked inside and it was full. It has a fantastic harmony with the special sauce made from homemade soy sauce.

비빔면 / spicy noodles(Bibim myeon)

만두를 먹던 중에 비빔면이 나왔습니다. 삶은계란, 고기, 오이, 무절임과 메콤해보이는 빨간양념까지 골고루 들어있었습니다. 비빔면을 주문하면 육수가 같이 나오는데 먹어보니 달달한 맛이 아니고 싱거운 맛이었습니다. 잘못 만들어졌다고 생각하고 호출을 했는데 사장님이 비빔면 고유의 맛을 살리고자 육수의 간을 약하게 만든다고 합니다. 비빔면에 육수를 넣어서 먹어봤는데 간이 딱 맞았습니다.

While eating dumplings, spicy noodles came out. Boiled eggs, meat, cucumbers, pickled radish, and a spicy-looking red sauce were evenly distributed. When you order spicy noodles, broth is served with it, but when I tried it, it tasted bland rather than sweet. I thought it was made wrong and called it, but the owner said that the seasoning of the broth was weakened to preserve the unique taste of spicy noodles. I tried adding broth to the spicy noodles, and the seasoning was just right.

바지락칼국수 / Clam noodle soup(Bajilak kalguksu)

화성맛집 백년가야밀면의 바지락칼국수입니다. 처음에 음식을 보고 깜짝 놀랬습니다. 1인분 이라기엔 양이 너무 많아서 2인분으로 주문이 들어간줄 알고 직원한테 물어봤는데 1인분이 맞다고 합니다. 바지락과 면이 탱글탱글해서 씹는 맛이 아주 좋았습니다. 국물도 칼칼해서 소주가 생각났지만 아쉽게도 운전을 해야 해서 먹지 못했습니다. 아주 맛있게 잘 먹고 왔습니다.

The portion is too large to be for one person, so I thought the order was for two people, so I asked the staff, and they said it was for one person. The clams and noodles were chewy and the taste was very good. The soup was spicy and reminded me of alcohol, but unfortunately I couldn’t eat it because I had to drive. I ate very well.
