외부모습 / Exterior

화성맛집 동탄역맛집 한촌설렁탕 외부모습입니다. 위치는 동탄역 근처 앨리스빌 2층에 자리잡고 있고 전국에 체인점을 운영중입니다. 한촌설렁탕의 3가지 철학이 있는데 첫째, 잡뼈가 들어가지 않는 100% 사골육수를 사용, 둘째, 신선한 재료를 사용, 셋째, 부담없는 가격이라고 합니다. 음식점 앞에 현수막이 있어서 보니 KBS2 TV 주말드라마 ‘세상에서 제일 예쁜 내 딸’의 촬영장소라고 하네요.

It is located on the 2nd floor of aliceville near Dongtan SRT station and operates chain stores nationwide. There are three philosophies of hanchonseolleongtang. First, 100% bone broth is used, second, fresh ingredients are used, and third, the price is reasonable. There was a banner in front of the restaurant, so I saw that it was a filming location for the KBS2 TV weekend drama ‘My most beautiful daughter in the world’.

내부모습 / Interior

제가 오픈시간에 방문을 해서 그런지 손님이 없었습니다. 덕분에 편하게 내부를 촬영할 수 있었습니다. 인테리어가 깔끔하게 잘 되어 있었고 청결상태도 훌륭했습니다. 테이블이 많아서 기다리는 일이 없을 듯 하네요. 또한 안쪽에는 단체석이 있어서 회식이나 모임식사 장소로도 좋을 것 같습니다.

I visited when it opened, so there were no customers. Thanks to that, I was able to take pictures of the interior comfortably. The interior was neatly decorated and the cleanliness was excellent. There are plenty of tables so you won’t have to wait. Also, there is a group seat inside, so it seems to be a good place for dinner or gatherings.

화성맛집 동탄역맛집 한촌설렁탕 옥수수차입니다. 자리를 잡고 앉았더니 물통을 가져다 주셨는데 일반 물이 아니고 옥수수차가 제공이 되었습니다. 구수한 맛이 아주 좋았습니다.

화성맛집 동탄역맛집 한촌설렁탕 메뉴판입니다. 생각보다 메뉴가 매우 다양하게 있었습니다. 대표메뉴인 설렁탕 외에 뚝배기불고기, 갈비찜, 수육, 냉면 등 여러가지 음식을 즐길 수 있습니다. 저는 설렁탕과 얼큰설렁탕을 주문했습니다.

In addition to the signature seolleongtang, you can enjoy a variety of foods such as ttukbagi-bulgogi(Hot pot bulgogi), galbijjim(Braised short ribs), suyuk(Boiled pork) and naengmyeon(Cold noodles). I ordered seolleongtang(Stock soup of bone stew meat) and eolkeun seolleongtang(Spice stock soup of bone stew meat).

밑반찬 / Side dishes

음식을 주문하면 밑반찬이 먼저 제공됩니다. 김치와 깍두기가 항아리에 제공이되며 원하는 만큼 덜어 먹기좋은 크기로 잘라서 드시면 됩니다. 양념이 잘 베어있었고 적당히 잘 익었지만 간이 조금 더 강했으면 좋았을 것 같다는 생각을 했습니다.

When ordering food, side dishes are served first. Kimchi and Kkakdugi(Radish kimchi) are provided in a jar, and you can take as much as you want, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and eat it. It was well seasoned and moderately well cooked, but I thought it would have been nice if the seasoning was a little stronger.

화성맛집 동탄맛집 한촌설렁탕 어린이식기세트입니다. 첫째 아이와 같이 방문을 했는데 사장님이 어린이용 수저, 포크, 그릇을 챙겨주셨습니다. 따로 말씀드리지 않았는데 먼저 가져다 주시니 감사했습니다.

This is a children’s cutlery set provided by Hwaseong city Dongtan station famousrestaurant hanchonseolleongtang. I visited with my young children, and the owner provided children’s spoons, forks, and bowls. I didn’t say it separately, but thank you for bringing it to me.

설렁탕 / Seolleongtang(Stock soup of bone stew meat)

화성맛집 동탄역맛집 한촌설렁탕 대표메뉴인 설렁탕이 나왔습니다. 뽀얀 사골육수가 먹음직 스러웠습니다. 파가 많이 들어 있었고 부드러운 면과 고기까지 비율이 아주 좋았습니다.

Seolleongtang, the representative menu of Hwaseong city Dongtan station famousrestaurant hanchonseolleongtang, is here. The white beef bone broth looked appetizing. There was a lot of green onion, and the ratio of soft noodles and beef was very good.

설렁탕은 나왔지만 공기밥이 나오지 않아서 사장님께 물어보니 밥이 말아져 나온다고 합니다. 그 이유는 밥에서 나오는 전분과 육수 국물이 어우러지면서 보다 더 진하고 구수한 맛을 느낄 수 있기 때문이라고 하네요.

Seolleongtang came out, but gong-gibab(a bowl of rice) didn’t come out. so I asked the owner and he said the rice was rolled. It is said that the reason is that the starch from the rice and the broth are harmonized, giving it a richer and more savory taste.

얼큰설렁탕 / Eolkeun-seolleongtang(Spicy stock soup of bone stew meat)

다음으로 얼큰설렁탕이 나왔습니다. 육수의 색이 빨갛게 되어 있어서 많이 매울 것이라고 생각했지만 살짝 얼큰한 정도였습니다. 일반 설렁탕과는 다르게 공기밥이 따로 제공이 됩니다.

Next came the spicy seolleongtang. The color of the broth was red, so I thought it would be very spicy, but it was a bit spicy. Unlike regular seolleongtang, gong-gibab(A bowl of rice) is served separately.

얼큰설렁탕에는 팽이버섯, 계란 등 야채가 많이 들어 있어서 육개장의 느낌이 강했습니다. 간이 잘 되어있어서 소금, 후추는 사용하지 않았습니다. 내용물도 푸짐한데 밥까지 말아서 먹었더니 배가 많이 불렀습니다. 소화를 시키기 위해 사이다를 주문해서 마셨습니다. 사장님과 직원분들이 너무 친절했고 음식점에 아이 물병을 두고왔었는데 깨끗이 세척까지 해서 보관해주셨습니다. 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

Eolkeun seolleongtang resembles yukgaejang(hot spicy meat stew) because it contains a lot of vegetables such as enoki mushrooms and eggs. The seasoning was good, so I didn’t use salt or pepper. The contents of the food were also generous, and I ate the rice together, so I was very full. I ordered and drank cider to aid digestion. The owner and staff were so kind. In particular, I left my child’s water bottle at the restaurant, but they even washed it and kept it. I had a good meal.
