It’s the first time I’ve tried it, so I searched it up and it says it’s Chungcheong-do’s local food. Because it contains oysters, you can feel the scent of the sea, and the spicy and sweet taste goes very well with the pig hocks. I think I can empty a bowl of rice with just one oyster sauce.

화성맛집 강씨가문의족발 메인메뉴인 족발입니다. 고기의 상태가 매우 좋았고 윤기가 흐르니 입맛을 돋구었습니다. 비계와 살코기가 적당한 비율이였고 얇게 썰지 않고 두껍게 썰려 있어서 식감이 아주 좋았습니다. 잡내가 있으면 안먹는 친구도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다.

The salted fish fillet gives it a diffrent taste than normal pig hocks. And there was a sauce for pig hocks, but I didn’t add anything to taste it, I just dipped it in the sauce and ate it. I liked the sauce, so l ate a lot, but it was so spicy that I drank a lot of water. For those who like spicy food, the spicy pig hocks menu is also good.

쟁반국수 / Spicy buckwheat noodles(Jaengban-guksu)

화성맛집 강씨가문의족발의 쟁반국수입니다. 보통 족발을 포장하게되면 면이 뭉치는 경우가 많이 있는데 각각 따로 포장을 해주어서 인지 잘 섞이네요. 면발은 막 삶은 것처럼 쫄깃해서 더 맛있었습니다.

화성맛집 강씨가문의족발에서 서비스로 제공 받은 날치알주먹밥입니다. 날치알과 김가루를 넘치도록 담아주었습니다. 날치알이 입안에서 터지는데 축제를 하는 듯한 느낌이였습니다. 김은 간이 적당이 되어있어서 아이들도 먹기 좋을 것 같습니다. 주먹밥이 5,000원이면 비싸다고 느꼈는데 엄청난 양에 오히려 저렴하다고 생각이 들었습니다.
