외부모습 / Exterior

경기도 수원시 장안구 이목동에 위치한 한우마을에 방문했습니다. 한우는 고급음식으로 가격이 높아서 특별한 날에 가끔씩 먹게 되는데요. 수원맛집 한우마을에서는 사육부터 도축까지 직접하기 때문에 신선한 고기를 먹을 수 있습니다. 4층 건물을 독채로 사용해서 주차공간과 식사공간이 매우 쾌적하고 넓습니다.

I visited a hanumaeul located in Imok-dong, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si , Gyeonggi-do. Korean beef is a high-end food and is expensive, so it is sometimes eaten on special day. At Suwon famous restaurent hanumaeul, you can eat fresh meat because the process from breeding to slaughtering is directly conducted. The four-storeyed builing is used as a private house, so the parking space and dining area are very comfortable and spacious.

메뉴판 / Menu

수원맛집 한우마을의 메뉴판입니다. 한우를 부위별로 주문할 수 있고 점심메뉴로 갈비탕, 냉면 등이 있습니다. 가격이 부담스러우시다면 갈비정식을 추천하고 싶습니다. 저는 간단하게 식사를 하러 왔기 때문에 갈비탕을 주문했습니다. 일반 갈비탕이 아닌 왕갈비탕이라고 적혀 있어서 양이 어느정도 되는지 궁금했습니다.

This is the menu of Suwon famous restaurant hanumaeul. You can order Korean beef by part, and lunch menus include jumbo short rib soup and cold noodles(Naengmyeon). If the price is too much for you, I would recommend the short rib set meal(galbi jeongsik). I came here for a simple meal, so I ordered jumbo short rib soup. It was written that it was jumbo short rib soup, not regular short rib soup, so I was curious about the amount.

밑반찬 / Side dish

밑반찬으로 김치와 깍두기가 나옵니다. 사진으로 보시는 느낌처럼 적당히 잘 익어서 맛있었습니다. 시중에 판매하는 김치보다 훨씬 맛이 좋았어요. 김치와 깍뚜기는 테이블에 있는 집게와 가위를 이용하여 먹기좋은 크기로 잘라서 드시면 됩니다.

Kimchi and radish kimchi(Kkakdugi) are served as side dishes. As you can see in the picture, it was moderately well-seasoned and delicious. It tasted much better than the kimchi sold in the market. You can cut kimchi and radish kimchi into easy-to-eat sizes using tongs and scissors on the table.

겨자소스 / Mustard sauce

수원맛집 한우마을의 감칠맛나는 겨자소스입니다. 갈비탕에 들어있는 고기를 찍어먹는 소스인데 궁합이 아주 좋았습니다. 겨자소스의 톡쏘는 맛에 약하시거나 싫어하신다면 살짝만 찍어주세요.

Suwon famous restaurant hanumaeul’s umami mustard sauce. It’s a dipping sauce for the meat in big short rib soup, and the compatibility was very good. If you are weak or don’t like the tangy taste of mustard sauce, just dip it in a little bit.

왕갈비탕 / Jumbo short rib soup(Galbitang)

수원맛집 한우마을에서 주문한 왕갈비탕입니다. 뚝배기 사이즈가 축구공이랑 비슷합니다. 사진으로 보니까 또 먹고싶은 생각이 드네요. 국물이 진하고 개운한 맛이 나는데 정말 맛있었습니다.

This is jumbo short rib soup ordered from Suwon famous restaurant hanumaeul. The size of the pot is similar to that of a soccer ball. Looking at the picture makes me want to eat it again. The broth is thick and refreshing, and it was really delicious.

갈비탕에 당면이 들어 있는데 라면 반개정도의 푸짐한 양이 들어있었습니다. 쫄깃한 식감이 좋았습니다.

Jumbo short rib soup had vermicelli in it, but it had a generous amount. The chewy texture was good.

갈빗대에 붙어있는 살코기들 보이시나요? 보통 갈비탕과는 차원이 다릅니다. 이래서 그냥 갈비탕이 아니고 왕갈비탕이라고 써있구나라고 생각이 들었습니다. 그리고 살코기가 부드럽게 잘 분리가 되어서 편하게 잘 먹었습니다. 제가 국물요리를 매우 좋아하는 편인데 수원맛집 한우마을의 갈비탕은 많이 먹어도 바닥이 보이지 않아서 남기게 되었습니다. 금액이 저렴한 편은 아니지만 그 이상의 맛과 양을 느낄 수 있습니다.

Do you see the flesh attached to the ribs? It’s on a different level from the usual short rib soup. This is why I thought that it was written as jumbo short rib soup, not just short rib soup. And the lean meat was soft and well separated, so I ate it comfortably. I like soup very much, but I ended up leaving the jumbo short rib soup at Suwon famous restaurant hanumaeul because the amount of soup didn’t decrease even if I ate a lot. The price is not cheap, but you can feel the taste and quantity more than that.
